INFO/FAQs

Acknowledgements:
All orders will be acknowledged via an estimate e-mailed or faxed to our customers. Please advise our sales department immediately of any changes and/or corrections that have to be made. All changes must be in writing.

Once order is agreed upon, we request that you sign the form and fax it back to Quality Buttons N More, LLC.

Any changes made once acknowledgement is made may incur additional cost and delays in production and delivery time. No work will be started until all billing information has been obtained.

Confirmation of Order:
Once your order, ship date, product and artwork are put together for approved, A “CONFIRMATION” form will be sent to you for signature authorization to continue with the order. This will help Quality Buttons N More, LLC avoid any duplications.

Combined Quantity Pricing:
Combine quantity pricing is available. Please call our sales department for additional information.

Production Time:
Standard production time for most items is 7-10 working days. Production begins the day AFTER receipt of order with a signed customer approval for artwork, order and credit. If proof or samples are needed production time will start after written approval of such. If credit has not been established production will start after receipt of payment or prior arrangements have been made. All order acknowledgements will include a scheduled ship date. Production time EXCLUDES shipping time. Quality Buttons N More, LLC will make every effort to meet this ship date if not before.

Rush service is available on most items. Contact our sales department for production schedule of large quantities.

Cancellations:
All cancellations have to be in writing. Phone cancellations are not acceptable. All orders, once entered, are subject to a cancellation or change fee. Orders cancelled during production will be charged $35.00 plus any charges incurred to the date of cancellation.

Terms:
Quality Buttons N More, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks will require clearing from the bank normally 7 business days before order will be processed. Business checks will be accepted without the clearing process.

Orders under $100.00 require full payment at the time of order. All first orders will require pre-payment in full. Orders over $100.00 can open a credit account.

Credit applications must be filled out completely and faxed to Quality Buttons N More, LLC for a net 30 days and is subject to satisfactory credit approval. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit may be required. Credit is extended to an applicant with the understanding that any finance charge or attorney fees resulting from delinquencies, probate or bankruptcy will be added to any balance owed to Quality Buttons N More, LLC.

Payment terms on credit accounts are 1%-10, Net 30 with approved credit. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to the balance owed on all invoices not paid within terms. Funds must be in US Dollars. Foreign transactions-checks must state "payable In U.S. dollars".

Returned Check Policy:
All returned NSF checks have a handling charge of $40.00. Terms may be changed to pre-payment with a Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Credit Card for any future orders.

Phone & Fax Orders:
Phone orders are acceptable, however they must be confirmed in writing via fax or US Postal mail. Orders of large quantities or requiring many changes must be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to reduce the possibility of errors. Faxed artwork is not considered camera ready.

Quotes:
Because quotes given over the phone are subject to change after receiving and viewing the artwork, all quotes must be in writing to be honored. Quality Buttons N More, LLC is not responsible for errors on a verbal quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please reference the quote number and date on your order.

Overruns & Underruns:
All orders are subject to a 5% over or underrun and will be shipped and billed accordingly.

Political Orders:
All orders must be paid in full, including art charges, freight and applicable taxes. No exceptions.

Copyright & Trademark Laws:
Customer accepts full responsibility for claim and litigation arising from alleged infringement of patents, trademarks and copyrights on any requested design(s) or copy. A release letter may be required before order is processed.

Sample Request:
Samples will be shipped within 72 hours of request. They will be shipped ground unless otherwise requested. Expedited service requires your carrier account number or credit card number.

Prices:
All prices are F.O.B. from Boise, ID and are subject to change. Prices & specifications in the catalog and the www.qualitybuttonsnmore.com are subject to change without notice. Customers will be notified in writing of any price discrepancy or changes, which must be confirmed by the customer in writing, or production delay may occur. If no confirmation from customer is received, shipment or billing will be considered final. Prices are effective immediately. All orders currently in the system before the price change will not be effected. Estimates are good for 30 days and will be honored if changes in price occur during that 30 days.

Shipping:
All products F.O.B. point is Boise, ID. Orders will be shipped the most economical and efficient way unless otherwise specified. If no specific shipping instructions are given the following will be used. UPS ground will be used throughout the United States and Canada. Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will be shipped by UPS Air Service or U.S. Postal Service. Shipments over 200 lbs. will be shipped UPS Hundredweight service or truck.

PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE SHIPPING TIME TO YOUR DESTINATION. If you would like your FEDEX or UPS account billed include your billing account number with your order.

Delivery liability with factory ends when merchandise is delivered to a freight carrier. If for whatever reason the carrier fails to make a timely delivery the distributor still has a liability to the factory. We cannot guarantee delivery time for carriers and we are not responsible for orders lost in transit.

Split Destination Shipment:
Add $5.00 for each additional destination. All split shipments must ship at same time or the split shipment charge will increase to $10.00. Please submit a shipment list with zip codes. These charges cover additional handling.

Packaging Charges:
Standard packaging is included. Final billing of shipped weights for items packed in oversized boxes may vary from actual shipping weight. Other variances may occur from product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weight based on the carriers guidelines. Call for a quote on special packaging. Any special packaging requirements must be confirmed in writing.

Rush Orders:
Call our sales department for a quote on rush order pricing and rush service for large quantities. Cost is based on type of service carrier, packaging, weight and your time frame. You must clearly state the event date, ship date and shipping method on your order form. This form must be signed and faxed to Quality Buttons N More, LLC before production will begin.

Quality Buttons N More, LLC, must approve Rush orders. Camera ready/approved artwork must be provided. Production starts after credit, receipt of payment and artwork are approved.

Damaged or Lost Product:
Once your order is delivered to the carrier it becomes the customers property. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days of the ship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.

Return Goods Policy:
Merchandise may not be returned. Customer is responsible for approving and signing their artwork design carefully before order is processed. In the event a mistake is made by Quality Buttons N More, LLC, notification must be notified within 72 hours of receiving button order. A return authorization number will be given at that time. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Consecutive Numbering or Individual Names:
The set-up charge for consecutive numbering or individual names is $50.00. Items are not packed in sequence. If in sequence is required, please contact our sales department for a quote. Production time for consecutive numbering and individual names is 10 business days.

Re-Orders:
Orders are held for three (3) years from the original invoice date. When reordering please specify company name, customer number, invoice number and invoice date, plus a copy of the artwork to ensure correct artwork is used. If the artwork is NOT supplied, Quality Buttons N More, LLC will fax a proof copy at no charge for verification. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the sales department after receiving the proof of any discrepancies in the artwork. A final “Confirmation” form will be faxed to customer for signed approval. We cannot transfer artwork from one customer to another without written permission from the original customer and/or owner of the artwork.

Artwork Charges:
There will be no art charge if computer generated art is supplied on a disk, uploaded to the website or e-mailed. All artwork must be complete and in the exact position required. Artwork must be vectorized. All fonts must be provided with the art, or type must be converted to path. Preparation of artwork that is not computer generated will be subject to a charge of $60.00 per hour. Minimum charge will be 1 hour.

Camera Ready Artwork:
Camera Ready Artwork refers to art and copy that is ready to be transferred to film without any retouching. Retouching includes art that has to be retraced, redrawn or reworked on the computer or by our graphic designer. Images should be at least 300 dpi for a sharp, crisp print. Our sales department will contact you if camera-ready artwork needs corrections or if new artwork has to be submitted. A final “Confirmation” form will be sent for signature authorization before work is started.

Artwork That Is NOT Camera Ready:
Fax transmissions, copies, hand drawings, poorly printed stationery, business cards, letterhead, decals, photo copies and laser prints less than 600 dpi are NOT considered camera-ready artwork. Preparation of artwork that is not computer generated will be subject to a charge of $60.00 per hour. Minimum charge will be 1 hour.

Digital Printing:
Full color and/or any number of imprint colors from supplied complete computer file or electronic pre-press worksheet. That means, no additional charges for full color imprinting.

Digital Color Matching:
Exact PMS color matching is not guaranteed because process colors are selected from the CMYK process chart in the Pantone Process Color Imaging Guide. If exact color matching is required, call Quality Buttons N More, LLC or use offset pricing. Make sure PMS color matching is stated on your order form. Metallic and fluorescent colors are not available.

Offset Printing:
Standard Pantone Matching System (PMS) color(s) $10.00.

Layouts:
Quality Buttons N More, LLC will layout your artwork to best-fit the image area unless camera-ready artwork is supplied. Take a look at our template area for image lines. This will help ensure your artwork fits correctly in the image of the button.

Proofs:

  • Paper proofs – Faxed or Emailed: Included at no charge. If changes are required additional art charges will be added.
  • Keep in mind that printing processes use CMYK and monitors display colors in RGB.
  • Hard copy paper proofs can also be sent to clients as an alternative.
  • Pre-Production Proof: An actual physical sample of the product itself produced and sent for approval before an order goes into production. Cost for this is $25.00 non-refundable, but will be applied as a credit to your balance once your order is complete.

Alteration of a customer’s camera-ready artwork is something we won’t do unless requested and acknowledged by the customer in writing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all CMYK values contained in the original artwork prior to submission. We are not responsible for output that does not match the client's desired intent should the artwork contain incorrect CMYK percentages.

Please review your proof carefully. Once a approved signed authorization is given on the proof Quality Buttons N More, LLC is no longer responsible for errors or omissions.

Computer Generated Art

  • Preferred artwork is Vector based saved as EPS format.
  • Color Photoshop files can be saved in CMYK mode.
  • If the files are Raster Images (such as a scanned image or picture), they need to be at least 300 dpi.
  • Black and white photographs should be saved in GRAYSCALE mode. Resolution should be 300 dpi at 100% of print size and saved as EPS, TIFF, or JPEG format.
  • Black and white line art should be saved in BITMAP mode at no less than 600 dpi resolution at 100% of print size and saved as an EPS.
  • Tiff files are preferred for photographs.
  • All photos must accompany the files they are used in. NO EMBEDDED PHOTOS PLEASE.

Text:
All fonts must be included with all documents. All text MUST be converted to paths if generated on a PC Platform.

Submission of artwork:

  • It is preferred that artwork be uploaded directly to our website through the upload artwork page.
  • Artwork can be e-mail to: artwork@qualitybuttonsnmore.com
  • Artwork can also to saved and mailed on a 1.44MB Formatted Disk 3.5”. A ZIP 100MB or a CD to Quality Buttons N More, LLC. 103 N. 22nd, Boise, ID 83702.
  • All files containing artwork should be compacted in WinZip before sending.
